Hiking with Kids: Forsythe Canyon Trail
Welcome back to Living My Someday, folks! Hope your week is going swimmingly! We are soaking up these last couple of weeks before school starts by getting outside and enjoying this gorgeous state. Today, I'm sharing a few pictures from our latest adventure at the Forsythe Canyon Trail. Hiking with kids is so important, not only for their physical health, but also ensures they'll have a attitude of gratitude for God's beautiful creation.
If you decide to go hiking with kids on the Forsythe Canyon Trail, make sure to bring plenty of water to stay hydrated, wear supportive shoes, and hold the hands of little ones as they make their way through the more narrow and/or slippery parts of the trail. Also, we like to bring a small first aid kit with disinfecting wipes, Neosporin, and a few band-aids, just in case someone loses their footing and scrapes a knee. It's optional, but better safe than sorry, right?
Do you like to hike? If so, please share some of your favorites trails in the comments! We're always looking for our next adventure!
